We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a rapidly growing healthcare eCommerce and consumer technology company. This individual will play a key role in establishing and scaling project management best practices while driving strategic cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
This is a highly visible position reporting directly to executive leadership and partnering with stakeholders across technology, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and commercial teams. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery against timelines and priorities Establish and mature project management processes, frameworks, and governance standards to support the growth of a formal Project Management Office (PMO) Partner with leadership and department stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives spanning technology, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and customer-facing business functions Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, manage dependencies, and coordinate resources required for successful project execution Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests while maintaining stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate project status meetings, executive updates, and cross-functional communication to ensure transparency and accountability Monitor project performance, key milestones, and operational metrics, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and execution Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization, scalability, and operational effectiveness
- Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of project management experience within eCommerce, SaaS, technology, digital commerce, or related business environments Prior experience building, scaling, or formalizing a Project Management Office (PMO), including implementation of project governance processes and best practices Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across both technical and business-focused teams Strong executive presence with experience presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders Demonstrated success driving projects involving cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and external business partners Experience utilizing modern project management methodologies, tools, and reporting platforms Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward independently PMP, Scrum, Prince2, or similar project management certifications are preferred but not required
- Compensation Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package
