Senior Project Manager

We are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale IT modernization initiatives focused on migrating legacy IBM Lotus Notes/HCL Domino applications to modern enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise IT modernization and digital transformation projects.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closeout.
• Manage migration initiatives from IBM Lotus Notes/HCL Domino to modern enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive presentations, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, change requests, and deliverables.
• Coordinate business process reengineering, organizational change management, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with Secure SDLC practices and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Experience

7+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale IT initiatives.7+ years of experience managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, communications, and resources.7+ years of experience using Microsoft Project and working in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.7+ years of experience gathering business requirements, defining scope, and managing project deliverables.7+ years of experience evaluating software platforms, vendor solutions, and technical architectures.2+ years of experience leading IBM Lotus Notes/HCL Domino migration projects to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms.2+ years of hands-on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Experience working with government agencies or large enterprise organizations.

Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
