The General Manager (GM) position at Blue Water Hospitality is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the full management and operation of upscale campground and RV Resort properties. This professional, full-time role requires a dedicated individual with the ability to strategically lead and oversee every aspect of the property, including the lodging, amenities, staffing, and guest services.
The GM will report directly to upper management and carry the responsibility for ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, creative, and motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
This position entails guiding and motivating a diverse team by embracing best practices in recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management. The GM will ensure proper staffing, efficient scheduling, and compliance with employment laws and corporate policies.
