General Manager – New Restaurant & Bar Concept Coming to the Texas Gulf Coast | Up to $100K

A new restaurant and bar concept is coming to the Texas Gulf Coast — We're looking for an experienced General Manager who wants to get in on the ground floor of something special and help shape it from here.

Our concept features indoor and outdoor dining, a full bar, and live entertainment. — built for high-volume weekends and a growing year-round local following. We've got the location, the concept, and the demand.

Now we need the right leader to bring it all together.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of day-to-day restaurant and bar operations across multiple service areas
• Build and lead a team from the ground up — hiring, training, and developing a staff that can execute at a high level
• Establish the systems, structure, and standards that will define this concept for years to come
• Manage labor, COGS, scheduling, and overall financial performance
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Work directly with ownership as a true partner in the business — your input will shape how this place grows

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
• Someone energized by the challenge of building structure in a brand-new operation, not just maintaining one
• Strong, hands-on leadership with a genuine guest-first mentality
• Full-service bar operations experience a plus
• Currently located on, or willing to relocate to, the Texas Gulf Coast

Compensation

Up to $100,000 or more, based on experience.
