HRBP - Dubai (Jafza) Manufacturing Exp Is A Must (Female only)

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with JAFZA manufacturing business goals, focusing on talent acquisition and retention.

Manage the full employee lifecycle for the manufacturing unit, from onboarding to exit, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback, to enhance employee productivity within the manufacturing environment.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment in the JAFZA factory. Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Holds relevant HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD, demonstrating professional HR expertise.

Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience within the manufacturing industry, specifically in JAFZA.Exhibits in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, including those specific to JAFZA.
