The role requires strong expertise in compensation structures, incentives, and benefits programs, supported by market benchmarking, data-driven decision-making, and effective stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in total rewards, with proven exposure to policy development, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree or professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD considered an advantage.
