A leading multinational organization is seeking a Corporate Learning & Talent Development Specialist to join its People & Culture function and play a key role in developing future leaders, strengthening organizational capability, and driving employee growth across the business.
This is a strategic corporate Learning & Development position focused on career development, talent management, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
Please note: this is not a trainer, facilitator, or learning delivery role.
We are specifically looking for a professional who can independently assess organizational capability needs, design structured career development frameworks, and implement development initiatives that support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement career development frameworks and employee growth pathways.
- Conduct organizational capability assessments to identify current and future skills gaps.
- Develop and execute structured development programs for office-based employees.
- Build and manage high-potential talent and leadership pipelines.
- Design and oversee Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive succession planning and talent review processes.
- Develop competency frameworks and capability-building strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and workforce capability.
- Support employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership development initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience within Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing career pathways, competency frameworks, and structured development programs.
- Experience conducting organizational capability assessments and translating findings into actionable development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Experience within a multinational or complex corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
