Teaching Assistant

Together We Montessori Early Childhood Center, Arjan, Dubai, is looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support children aged 45 days to 6 years in a nurturing Montessori environment.📌

Requirements

• Previous nursery or preschool experience preferred* CACHE Level 2 or CACHE Level 3 qualification preferred* Excellent English communication skills* Passion for working with young children* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills* Ability to maintain a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment📌

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities* Assist with children’s care, learning, and development* Help prepare classroom materials and learning activities* Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and well-being* Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues✨
