Female House Manager – Private Palace (Al Ain, UAE)

We are seeking an experienced and professional Female House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private palace in Al Ain and ensure the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service, Salary & Benefits: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications), accommodation and meals provided, plus visa and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all household staff and daily palace operations.
• Ensure exceptional standards of housekeeping, hygiene, organization, and luxury presentation.
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Oversee guest hospitality and ensure a comfortable and memorable experience.
• Coordinate maintenance, inventories, supplies, and household schedules.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain efficient household operations.
• Ensure all areas of the residence are maintained to the highest standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, VIP residence, or palace is mandatory.
• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of hygiene standards, cleaning procedures, and luxury presentation.
• Strong hospitality and guest relations skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
