What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating engaging virtual workshops focused on building life competencies such as collaboration, interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative self-expression
• Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-driven, experiential learning methods
• Establishing a welcoming, vibrant virtual environment where learners are motivated to take risks and develop
• Leveraging student performance data and feedback to customize encouragement and guidance for each individual
• Working alongside educators from diverse locations and cultures to provide a dynamic, adaptable educational experience

• Instructing foundational academic content (our AI tutors manage this)
• Adhering to a fixed timetable or standardized instructional approach
• Conducting lecture-based, one-way learning sessions

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate students globally to develop into assured, capable problem-solvers by facilitating immersive life-skills workshops within a virtual-first, adaptable educational setting.

Basic Requirements

• Valid US teaching certificate from any state
• Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
• Ready to begin by the end of July

• Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
• Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
