UX/UI Designer (Bilingual Arabic-English | RTL Design)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced UX/UI Designer to design and own the user experience, interface design, and design system for a secure government data and briefing platform. This role requires a strategic product designer who can create intuitive, data-driven user experiences while confidently presenting and defending design decisions to senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing bilingual Arabic-English digital products, with deep expertise in Right-to-Left (RTL) design, enterprise platforms, design systems, and information architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user experiences and interfaces for enterprise-grade and government-focused digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.
- Design bilingual Arabic-English interfaces with native RTL user experiences.
- Define information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction patterns.
- Design executive dashboards, data visualization components, reporting interfaces, and administrative portals.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Prepare design documentation and support development teams during implementation.
Required Experience
- 7+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise, government, or large-scale digital products.
- Proven experience designing bilingual Arabic-English applications.
- Hands-on experience with native Right-to-Left (RTL) design principles.
- Experience building and managing Design Systems and Component Libraries.
- Expertise in Information Architecture, User Experience Design, and User Interface Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, and Developer Handoff.
- Experience presenting design rationale and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Skills
- Agency-side or multi-client product studio experience.
- Experience designing executive dashboards and data-heavy platforms.
- Familiarity with UAE Government digital design standards.
- Experience designing AI-enabled or data-driven products.
- Knowledge of design token workflows and front-end collaboration.
