Product Designers — Lead

Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Oversee the entire design process from concept to launch, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience.

Define and evolve design systems, ensuring scalability, consistency, and efficiency across all products. We are looking for Product Designers with strong end-to-end UX/UI design experience for digital banking channels.

• Candidates should have:5–8 years of relevant product design experience in in the banking or fintech industry
• Strong command of layouts, typography, spacing, iconography, micro-interactions, responsive behavior, and modern digital design patterns
• End-to-end UX/UI capability, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual designs
• Experience with information architecture, screen structure, navigation, content hierarchy, forms, and user journeys
• Familiarity with conversational UX, AI-assisted journeys, prompt-led interfaces, and agentic experiences
• Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing, user research, and presenting insights
• Understanding of frontend technologies and implementation constraints
• Banking or fintech experience is mandatory; exceptional profiles from regulated industries may be considered.
