This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about designing intuitive, user-centric experiences for complex SaaS products and enjoys collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful solution
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and workflows for complex business and operational processes
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements Contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of scalable design systems and reusable UI components Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and accurately implemented AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies to improve design quality, efficiency, and consistent Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify pain points and drive continuous product improvement Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the product development lifecycle Qualifications.
- At least 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field Proven experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex B2B products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and usability best practices Exposure to AI-powered products, intelligent workflows, or data-driven platforms is highly desirable Experience working on platform-based products, workflow-driven applications, or operational systems
- Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or data-centric applications.
