Gender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyJob Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Prepare cost reports, expense summaries, and supporting documentation to ensure timely financial reporting and effective cost control* Support month-end closing by preparing payroll entries, checking accounting deliverables, and assisting with accrual and prepayment calculations* Track project expenses, monitor production-related cash flow, and help maintain accurate financial records for entertainment operations* Maintain and update the fixed asset register with proper documentation, asset tracking, and supporting records for review* Review staff travel claims and expense submissions to confirm policy compliance, correct approvals, and complete supporting documents* Enter, review, and organize financial transactions in company systems to support reporting accuracy and audit readiness* Generate finance reports, schedules, and reconciliations for internal review, audit requests, and management reporting needs* Assist internal and external audit teams by preparing required schedules, records, and explanations in a clear and timely manner* Work with internal stakeholders to ensure financial data is processed accurately and deadlines are met across assigned activities* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning tasks by gathering inputs, checking data, and preparing basic analysis Ideal Profile * Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline* 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reporting, cost control, or audit support* Background in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or service-based business environments is an advantage* Professional certification or progress toward a finance qualification is preferred* Good understanding of accounting entries, expense tracking, documentation control, and basic financial reporting* Strong attention to detail with the ability to check figures, identify errors, and maintain accurate records* Able to manage time effectively, solve routine finance issues, and support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment* Good communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams, managers, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders* Flexible approach to working hours and travel requirements when business needs require support* Proactive, analytical, organized, and able to work independently while following company policies and finance procedures Skills Set * Financial reporting* Accounting support* Cost tracking* Expense control* Month-end closing* Payroll entries* Accruals and prepayments* Fixed asset register* Audit documentation* Budgeting support* Forecasting support* Cash flow tracking* Financial systems* Reconciliations* Microsoft Excel* Internal controls* Policy compliance
