Front Office Receptionist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Five Stars Resort , located in Marrakech, Morocco. The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Key responsibilities include managing phone calls, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, coordinating with other departments, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Administrative and clerical tasks, along with delivering exceptional customer service, are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a welcoming and professional guest experience.
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette to effectively manage front desk operations and guest inquiries.
• Clerical Skills, including organization and scheduling, to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
