Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Receptionist in our TUI BLUE Medina Gardens, where you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through professional and friendly service at all times.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, in line with hotel standards and procedures
• Handling reservations, room allocations, and guest communications with accuracy and attention to detail
• Acting as the main point of contact for guests, responding to requests and resolving inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborating closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and professional, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests calmly.
• Strong communication skills, composure and proven ability to professionally resolve conflict situations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office required
