About Us:As a part of the dynamic Spanish hostel chain, The Central House, we believe in providing more than just a place to stay – we offer a gateway to discovering Spain’s rich culture. Nestled in the heart of the Medina, our hostel is a hub of exploration and connection.

Our chain of hostels extends across Istambul, Portugal, Spain and Morocco, and now, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to help us continue offering outstanding service to our diverse guests.

Your Role:As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first smile that welcomes our guests and the foundation of our hostel's operations. Your key responsibilities will encompass: * Warmly greeting guests and facilitating seamless check-ins and check-outs.

• Sharing insights about local attractions, events, and must-visit spots.
• Handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling guest requests with a genuine desire to assist.
• Ensuring accurate and organized cash transactions while maintaining a tidy front desk area.
• Collaborating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring an uninterrupted and enjoyable stay.
• Playing a pivotal role in maintaining a positive online reputation through exceptional guest interactions.
• Preparing breakfast buffet.
• Sending Police Report.

What We're Looking For:We're in search of an individual who exudes enthusiasm, warmth, and an authentic passion for hospitality. Here's what we hope to find in you: * Exceptional communication skills and a welcoming demeanour.

• A proactive problem-solving approach and a strong desire to assist guests.
• A detail-oriented and organized work style.
• Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• A team player with a knack for effective collaboration.

Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in customer service (bonus points for hospitality experience).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and French; familiarity with other languages is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varying night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of the MEWS programme highly valued.
