About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Call Center Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, exceptional closing skills, and the ability to generate leads, drive outbound sales activities, and eventually build and manage a high-performing sales team.
This role is designed for leaders who lead by example. Before taking responsibility for building and managing a team, the selected candidate will complete a minimum of 6 months of hands-on field training, actively participating in the sales process to gain a deep understanding of our products, customers, and sales methodology.

Key Responsibilities
- During the Training Period (First 6 Months)
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads.
- Prepare and maintain customer databases and lead lists.
- Present products and services to potential clients.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Learn and master the company's sales process, tools, and customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- After Successful Completion of Training
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing outbound sales team.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Monitor team performance and sales KPIs.
- Improve conversion rates, productivity, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and compliance with company standards.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong outbound sales experience.
- Excellent closing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and customer acquisition.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership mindset with the desire to build and manage teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to complete a minimum 6-month field training period before transitioning into a team management role.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous call center experience is a strong advantage.
Experience managing or mentoring sales teams.
Knowledge of sales reporting and performance analysis.
