Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and project-related communications
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and technical teams
• Provide accurate project updates and service information to clients
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently
• Maintain CRM systems and customer service documentation
• Schedule site visits, follow-ups, and service appointments
• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and relationship management
• Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance
• Support sales and operations teams with administrative coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Agent, Customer Support Executive, or Client Service Representative
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Professional and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Experience handling B2B or project-based client support
• Familiarity with construction terminology and project workflows
