Intern - Event Coordination (03 Months)

Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka (Inc.), the leader in Human Resource Management, is seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented individual to work as an Intern.

The role involves providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries during the National HR Conference 2026. Should be willing to work extra hours during the preparation for the holding of the conference.

Responsibilities

• Should be able to effectively coordinate work pertaining to NHRS.
• Should provide event details accurately to those making inquiries about the conference.
• Create awareness among the corporate and state-sector organizations about the event.
• Ensuring maximum intake of participants for the NHRC.
• Maintaining records and providing reports accurately on inquiries on a day-to-day basis.
• Responding quickly to inquiries and providing accurate information.

Requirements and skills

• Proficiency in English & Sinhala
• Possess outstanding negotiating, communication, and social skills.
• Should be able to engage in teamwork.
• Should be computer literate.
