Customer Success:
Assist in onboarding new clients onto the platform.
Coordinate data collection and ensure smooth implementation.
Provide basic training and guidance to clients.
Handle client queries and support requests promptly.
Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Gather feedback and share insights with the product/team.
