This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in supply chain management while applying data-driven insights to improve efficiency.🔧

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping schedules.
• Support logistics operations including transport arrangements, warehouse coordination, and inventory updates.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, freight costs, and supplier performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and dashboards for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Finance) to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Analyze shipping/logistics data to identify trends, delays, and areas for improvement.🔍 What We’re Looking For🎓 Undergraduate / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.🧑‍💻 Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes will be an advantage.📊 Special Qualification: Experience with data analysis tools (especially Power BI) will be considered a strong advantage.💬 Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.⚡ Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
