Role Overview
As a Recruitment Intern, you will work at the heart of our talent acquisition process. You will support our senior consultants in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates. This is a high-energy role perfect for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources, Headhunting, or Business Psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Identification: Assist in finding potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and our internal database.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
- Job Marketing: Draft and post engaging job advertisements on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and job boards.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and progress notes.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor mapping to help consultants provide better insights to clients.

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/professional qualification in HRM (CIPM/PQHRM), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus). Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort using social media for professional purposes.
