Hotel Customer Service Representatives/Reservation Agents Walk in interview

We are urgently hiring for Customer Service Representative / Reservation Agents to Join our Dubai UAE Hotel Team. Walk in interview for candidates who meet below job qualifications and requirements.

As a Customer service Representative you will be responsible for:

• Greeting guests as they arrive
• Undertaking front desk service duties.
• Administering check-in and check-outs.
• Assigning rooms and issuing keys.
• Delivering mail and messages.
• Processing guest payments and managing bills.
• Coordinating with porters, concierge, kitchen staff and housekeeping.
• Acting as a central source of information for guests during their stay.
• Processing food and beverage requests.
• Resolving problems as well as dealing with conflict or tension with disappointed guests.

Job Requirements

• Candidates inside UAE and immediate joiners preferred.
• Knowledge of OPERA Software is mandatory
• Minimum Two (2) years of proven experience in Hotel industry

Expected Start Date: 01/01/2022
