Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for an Outbound Operations MICE professional. The role involves managing end-to-end operations for outbound MICE groups, including itinerary planning, vendor coordination, booking management, and on-ground logistics support.

The individual will liaise with sales and clients to understand requirements, prepare proposals and costings, and ensure accurate documentation for visas, tickets, hotels, and event arrangements. Daily tasks include coordinating with international suppliers and destination management companies (DMCs), monitoring group movement, resolving operational issues, and maintaining updated records in internal systems.

The role also requires tracking budgets, ensuring service quality, preparing post-event reports, and contributing to process improvements for future MICE projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills for handling end-to-end MICE group logistics and timelines.
• Proficient Communication skills for coordinating with clients, internal teams, and international vendors.
• Demonstrated Sales and client relationship abilities to support proposal development, negotiations, and repeat business.
• Solid Analytical Skills to prepare costings, compare vendor proposals, manage budgets, and optimize itineraries.
• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or MICE operations, preferably with outbound groups.
• Comfort using MS Office or similar tools for proposals, reports, and data tracking; familiarity with travel or booking systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
