We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant & cashier to manage administrative tasks and cash transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate should be reliable, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.
Maintain and reconcile daily cash reports.
Issue receipts and manage cash registers efficiently.
Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist customers with transaction-related inquiries.
Perform general administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation.
Ensure compliance with local authorities such as DED, DCD, MOHRE, DHA, etc.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in administration and cashiering.
Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with UAE regulatory compliance (DED, DCD, MOHRE, DHA).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
