Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams and departments.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Support project and task coordination, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Maintain organized workflows and contribute to process consistency across teams.
- Office & Process Coordination
- Manage and update internal documents, databases, trackers, and shared resources.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation and team coordination.
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and basic reporting tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for internal administrative and operational requests.
- Communicate professionally with team members across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects and tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Systems & Information Management
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and productivity tools.
- Support document organization, file management, and process tracking activities.
