About Dropwhat

Dropwhat is a livestream shopping platform for fashion creators in the UAE. Creators go live and sell fashion to their audience, and we provide everything behind the scenes: real inventory, a studio, helpers, packing, delivery, and checkout. You bring the audience, we bring the inventory. Dropwhat soft launches in the UAE on 15 July 2026, and we are building our first team of live sellers.

The Role

We are looking for part-time Livestream Fashion Sellers to host live shopping sessions from our studio in Sharjah. You go live on Dropwhat, and your stream is mirrored in real time to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, so you sell to followers across every platform at once. Buyers from all platforms check out on Dropwhat, and our warehouse partners handle fulfillment.

This is a commission-only role. There is no fixed salary. You earn a commission on every completed sale you generate, so your income grows with your performance and your audience.

What You Will Do

• Host engaging live shopping sessions from our Sharjah studio, presenting fashion products on camera
• Showcase clothing, footwear, bags, and accessories, and answer buyer questions in real time
• Drive your social audience on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to your live sessions
• Build a loyal community of repeat buyers through energy, styling, and authentic recommendations
• Work with our studio team on product selection, run of show, and on-air promotions
• Hit sales targets and continuously improve your conversion and viewer retention

Compensation

• Commission-only, paid on every completed sale you generate
• Top live sellers can earn up to AED 35,000 or more per month based on performance
• Earnings are variable and depend on your sales results. Income is not guaranteed
• No inventory cost, no packing, and no shipping on your side

• A fully equipped studio booth, lighting, and on-camera support
• Helpers, packing, delivery, and customer checkout handled for you
• Training on live selling, the Dropwhat platform, and best practices
• Priority onboarding for early creators ahead of launch

Who You Are

• Based in the UAE and able to attend live sessions at our Sharjah studio
• Active on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, with strong engagement (a large following helps, but engagement and live-selling ability matter most)
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable selling fashion live on camera
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and trends
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with a performance-based, commission-only structure
• Fluent in English or Arabic. Both is a plus

Nice to Have

• Previous live-selling, hosting, presenting, or retail sales experience
• An existing fashion-focused audience in the UAE or wider GCC

Schedule

• Part-time, with flexible live session times scheduled around peak shopping hours
• On-site at the Dropwhat studio in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
