🎯 About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Executive supporting Staysure Insurance Group, you will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into successful insurance sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for commercially driven professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-oriented sales environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Convert inbound customer enquiries into completed insurance sales

✅ Achieve and exceed sales, conversion, and revenue targets

✅ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

✅ Manage sales pipelines and customer interactions through CRM systems

✅ Accurately explain policy features, benefits, and pricing

✅ Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and sales standards

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes

👤 What We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience in inbound sales, telesales, customer sales, or target-driven environments

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

✔ Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets

✔ Experience using CRM systems

✔ Excellent attention to detail and customer-focused approach

✔ Strong time management and organizational skills

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
