Outbound Sales Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outbound Sales Specialist role based in Colombo. The Outbound Sales Specialist will proactively contact prospective and existing patients via phone, email, and other channels to promote dental and cosmetic treatments, explain service options, and book appointments.

The role includes qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in the CRM system. The specialist will collaborate with clinical and front-desk teams to align on patient needs, campaign priorities, and scheduling requirements.

Daily responsibilities also include meeting or exceeding sales targets, handling basic customer service queries, and providing feedback on customer trends to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong outbound sales and sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in lead generation and pipeline management, including follow-up and conversion of warm and cold leads.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and clearly explain treatment options and pricing.
• Prior experience in healthcare, dental, or service-oriented environments is an advantage.
• Comfortable using CRM and telephony tools, and working with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluency in English; additional relevant local language skills are a plus.

Salary : 80,000 - 100,000 LKR
