Responsibilities

• Implement trade marketing initiatives to maximize in-market visibility and brand performance
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with business goals
• Analyze market data, monitor competitor activity, and execute plans accordingly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders
• Deliver against sales KPIs and provide accurate, timely reporting.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline2–4 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or territory management (FMCG industry preferred)
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence decision-makers
• High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven reporting
