Sales Manager – Project/Sales experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive project sales to meet and exceed company targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and developers
• Oversee and support the sales process for project-related inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget
• Analyze project sales figures, track trends, and provide detailed reports to management
• Coordinate project-related activities with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure all project-related documentation and processes are accurately maintained

Requirements

• Proven experience in project sales or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Strong relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 100,000 – 200,000 (depending on experience) + sales incentives
• Vehicle: Company-provided vehicle
• Other Benefits: Performance-based incentives

Location/ Working Hours

Colombo 10 / Weekdays only (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
