We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join a team in Colombo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service, identify new opportunities, and help clients achieve their business objectives through digital solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, or related digital services will be a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience working in a digital agency, technology company, or marketing environment.
