About the Role
This is not a traditional "posting-only" social media role. The Social Media & Growth Manager is a high-impact, hybrid position that combines aesthetic destination storytelling with direct social selling and conversion.
Based in Colombo, you will be the visual voice of the brand across all key digital touchpoints, while taking direct accountability for capturing, nurturing, and converting digital inquiries (DMs, comments, WhatsApp leads) into premium outbound travel sales.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in outbound travel operations, knows international destinations intimately, and possesses the commercial drive to close deals.

- Social Selling & High-Yield Conversion
- Lead Capture & Nurturing: Proactively monitor and manage incoming inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.SLA Compliance: Maintain an ultra-fast response rate, ensuring high-value prospects receive premium "white-glove" attention during their peak intent windows.

- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
- Destination Storytelling: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-impact, visually stunning content (Reels, TikToks, Carousel posts, and Stories) showcasing trending global destinations, luxury hotels, and unique travel itineraries.
- Content Calendar Governance: Develop and execute an agile monthly content calendar that aligns with peak outbound travel seasons (e.g., summer holidays, winter breaks, festive periods).
- Brand Custodianship: Ensure all digital copy, captions, and visual assets are written in flawless, professional English, reflecting a premium lifestyle brand.

- Digital Growth & Campaign Performance
- Performance Marketing Support: Partner with the digital agency/internal team to run hyper-targeted paid campaigns (Meta Ads) focused on high-intent lead generation.A/B Testing: Continuously test creative hooks, video styles, and target audiences to optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and maximize booking ROI.Analytics Reporting: Maintain a weekly performance dashboard tracking account reach, engagement rates, DM-to-lead conversion rates, and overall revenue generated through social channels.

- Industry Experience (Mandatory): Minimum of 3–5 years of active experience within the outbound travel industry in Sri Lanka, specifically handling outbound tour operations, FIT itinerary design, or destination consulting.
- Prior experience working with reputed outbound operators (top-tier destination management companies or premium travel agencies) will be an advantage, as the candidate must have a solid baseline understanding of costing, visas, and airline booking dynamics.
- Linguistic Mastery: Exceptional command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
- You must have the vocabulary and professional polish to converse with high-value luxury clients.
- Platform Expertise: Expert-level command of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Business Suite.
