This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for developing the strategic relationship with Microsoft and converting the alliance into significant consulting revenue across the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait.
The successful candidate will work closely with Microsoft’s regional leadership, account teams and solution specialists, while bringing together internal sales, industry, technical and delivery teams to originate, shape and close complex transformation programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Microsoft alliance strategy across the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait
- Build joint account plans, go-to-market initiatives and co-sell motions with Microsoft
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of Microsoft-led consulting opportunities
- Personally originate, shape and close complex enterprise and government deals
- Develop senior relationships across Microsoft and key client organisations
- Coordinate internal consulting, technical and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle
- Support propositions across Azure, Data & AI, Copilot, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Cybersecurity
- Ensure opportunities are commercially attractive, technically credible and deliverable
- Drive joint marketing campaigns, executive events and strategic account activity
Key requirements
- Strong experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally gained within a leading consulting firm, systems integrator or Microsoft partner
- Proven track record of developing and commercialising Microsoft alliances
- Demonstrable success originating and closing complex consulting opportunities
- Strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders across the Middle East
- Experience selling into major enterprise or government customers
- Good understanding of Azure, Data & AI, Copilot, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of the UAE and wider GCC technology market
