We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth within the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) sector, focusing on automotive finance, lending, and risk management solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting banks, financial institutions, and lenders
- Drive new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting to closure)
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (Risk, Credit, Compliance, and Banking Leaders)
- Define and articulate value propositions for risk, credit, and portfolio analytics solutions
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to shape innovative solutions
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity
- Represent the organization at industry events and act as a thought leader
Skills
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, lending, or credit risk
- Candidates with prior experience in the UAE market will be highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, asset-backed lending, and portfolio risk management
- Proven track record in business development and solution-based sales
- Experience working with product/data teams to develop and enhance solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Existing network within banks and financial institutions is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
