- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Dubai Mall team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Fine jewelry & watches, with experience in Account Management/ Brand Management across Digital, Marketplaces or E-commerce.
- Manage and grow relationships with key fine jewelry and watch brand partners.
- Lead commercial discussions and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute account plans to support sales and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Build long-term partnerships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
What you'll need
3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Experience in fine jewelry, watches, luxury retail, or premium consumer categories is highly preferred
- Prior experience in Account Management, Brand Management, or Marketplace/E-commerce roles
- Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and online retail dynamics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable business insights
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with brands, vendors, or marketplace partners is a strong advantage
