We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with experience in the Floristry, Events, Hospitality, or F&B industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through corporate, retail, and event-based sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, retail, wedding, and event sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, hotels, restaurants, and corporate customers.
- Promote floral arrangements, event decoration services, gifting solutions, and hospitality/F&B offerings.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and update CRM/sales reports regularly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and long-term customer relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in Floristry, Events, Hospitality, F&B, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue growth.
- Knowledge of corporate sales, event sales, or hospitality sales processes.UAE market knowledge and existing client network will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
