With an established presence across the GCC and a regional hub in Dubai, the business is now entering its next phase of growth. They are seeking a business development lead for the region - someone who will define the go-to-market approach, build a strong enterprise client base, and shape long-term success across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across the GCC, with a strong focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia
- Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close
- Build and maintain senior relationships across enterprise and government stakeholders
- Shape and execute regional go-to-market strategy in collaboration with global leadership teams
- Represent the organisation at key industry events, conferences, and strategic client engagements
- Partner with internal consulting, data, and engineering teams to position tailored AI and data transformation solutions
- Develop and leverage ecosystem and strategic partner relationships to accelerate pipeline growth
Requirements
- 8–15+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development, or senior client-facing commercial roles for a professional services firm
- Proven track record selling complex digital transformation, data, AI, or enterprise technology solutions
- Based in the UAE with an established network across UAE and KSA enterprise and/or government accounts
- Fluent Arabic preferred; full professional English proficiency required
- Strong track record in outbound sales, new logo acquisition, and pipeline generation
- Hunter mindset with ability to operate independently and build structure in a fast-moving environment
- Existing relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level / Director level) in large enterprise organisations across the region
- Willingness to travel regularly across the GCC
