Job Overview
The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting business growth through clinic tie-ups, commercial partnerships, patient engagement initiatives, and prescription generation activities. The role contributes directly to increasing pharmacy sales, improving patient retention, and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers and partner clinics.
The position will actively support revenue growth initiatives aligned with the organization’s commercial expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Support
- Support the development of clinic partnerships and commercial collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate with branch teams to improve prescription referrals and patient conversions.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnership channels.
- Promote pharmacy services and value-added healthcare offerings.
- Revenue Generation
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing prescription sales and customer footfall.
- Contribute to achieving annual sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support campaigns and promotional activities to improve customer engagement.
- Customer & Partner Engagement
- Ensure professional coordination with healthcare partners and clinic staff.
- Maintain strong customer service standards and patient satisfaction.
- Handle partner feedback and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
- Support repeat business initiatives and customer retention activities.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with pharmacy operations, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Maintain records of clinic visits, partnership activities, and sales progress.
- Prepare periodic reports on business development activities and outcomes.
- Assist in execution of marketing campaigns and field activities.
- Operational Support
- Ensure timely follow-up on partnership opportunities and commercial discussions.
- Support implementation of strategic initiatives related to pharmacy business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and professional standards.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, healthcare business development, pharmacy operations, or clinic coordination.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy sector preferred.
Familiarity with UAE healthcare market is an advantage.
