About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in international voice support, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Meet process KPIs and performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
• Eligibility Criteria
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

• Strong customer handling abilities
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
