Senior Content Marketing Executive

Nutrili is a fast-growing wellness brand based in Dubai, Riyadh, and Beirut, redefining what supplements can be. We’re looking for a creative, highly driven Content & Marketing Executive who can both create standout content themselves and lead marketing initiatives. This is not a purely managerial role. We want someone who loves ideas, trends, storytelling, shooting content, editing videos, writing copy, and building a brand people genuinely connect with.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, influencer, and digital channels.
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, from concept to execution.
• Film, edit, and publish social-first videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write compelling copy for social media, emails, product launches, and campaigns.
• Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and cultural moments, and translate them into content that feels fresh and native.
• Collaborate with designers, creators, and the wider team to bring campaigns to life.
• Help shape and evolve Nutrili’s brand voice across every touchpoint.
• Analyze content and campaign performance to continuously improve engagement and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and audience engagement.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar.
• Comfortable being behind the camera and behind the edit.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English.
• Experience scripting and ideating for video content.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for wellness, fitness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a big plus.
