Sales Development Representative (SaaS)

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and prospect potential healthcare clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, interest and potential
• Set up discovery meetings and demos for the Account Executive team
• Collaborate closely with marketing to support campaigns and ensure message market fit
• Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in the CRMExperience required:1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, lead generation or business development role, ideally within SaaS, healthcare or fintech
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills in both written and verbal formats
• A proactive and organised approach to pipeline building and lead follow-up
• High performer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment and hitting KPIs
