Accountant cum Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Logistics Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both the accounting and logistics functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting

Duties

• Manage and monitor the company's accounting activities.
• Prepare and analyze the company's Profit and Loss (P&L) reports.
• Record and verify financial transactions.
• Monitor company expenses, revenues, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare reports and support management with financial analysis.
• Logistics

Duties

• Review and verify shipping and trade documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Check documents such as:
• Bill of Lading (BL)
• Phytosanitary Certificates
• Commercial Invoices
• Packing Lists
• Certificates of Origin
• Other import/export and shipping-related documents
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers.
• Ensure all logistics documents comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all accounting and logistics documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of relevant work experience in accounting, logistics, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Profit & Loss reporting and basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with import/export and shipping documentation.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Apps.
• Experience using SAP Business One is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
