We’re working with a fast-growing, well-backed digital marketplace at the intersection of sport, content, and commerce. Operating like a startup (but with serious global backing), the team is scaling quickly and looking for a high-energy, hands-on Growth & Partnerships Associate to join them for an initial 6-month contract — with a strong chance of going permanent.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical entry-level role.

You’ll step into a “Swiss Army knife” position — plugging into marketing, growth, partnerships, and strategy wherever needed. It’s perfect for someone who wants real ownership, variety, and impact from day one.

You won’t just execute — you’ll bring ideas, test, learn, and build.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Growth & Performance Marketing

Execute paid and performance marketing campaigns and contribute to acquisition strategy

• Creator & Partnerships

Support and grow a network of creators and partners, helping drive engagement and commercial results

• Content & Social

Work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X — understanding what works and helping turn ideas into high-performing content

• Commercial & Strategic Support

Get involved in broader growth initiatives, helping shape how the business scales in the UK

• Hands-on Execution

Own workstreams end-to-end — from idea through to delivery and optimisation

Who This Would Suit

We’re looking for someone with drive, curiosity, and personality — not just a box-ticker.

You’ll likely be

• A recent graduate (top university preferred), with any degree background
• Passionate about sport — especially football (this is essential)
• Someone who follows football culture closely, not just scores but trends, moments, and narratives
• Naturally proactive — you spot opportunities and act on them

Skills & Experience

• Exposure to or interest in paid/performance marketing
• Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) from both a user and creator perspective
• Ability to write clearly and think commercially
• Bonus: experience with influencer or creator campaigns
• Bonus: familiarity with sports cards or collector communities

The Details

• 6-months Temporary assignment (with strong extension potential)
• £15.50 - £17.00 per hour (top-end for standout candidates)
• High likelihood of permanent conversion for top performers
