This is where you come inThe brand has a presence - but right now, no one is getting the evening content. The venues are at their best after 10pm when the music is on, the rooms are full and the energy is electric. That footage currently goes unshot. This role changes that.
You'll be embedded in the business, out in the venues and genuinely living the brand. Managing six (soon seven) Instagram accounts, a group TikTok and building an online presence that finally does justice to what these venues actually feel like in person.
- What you'll get up to
- Plan, shoot and edit the majority of content yourself - reels, stills and video, including during evening sessions when the venues are at their best
- Own and manage six Instagram accounts, six Facebook accounts and a group TikTok - growing your remit as the estate expands
- Manage daily community engagement across all accounts
- DMs, comments, responses - in the brand's voice
- Lead social-only partnerships, competitions and brand collaborations to drive engagement throughout the year
- You'll thrive if you are
- Proven in hospitality social media - bars, late-night venues, restaurants or similar - with a portfolio or live accounts that demonstrate real growth
- A skilled, self-sufficient content creator who shoots and edits to a high standard themselves - no delegating, no waiting for a crew
- Genuinely excited by late-night venue culture - this needs to be something you want to do, not something you'll put up with
- Sociable, outgoing and fast-moving - comfortable across multiple venues and accounts without close supervision
- The type of person they want
- Someone experienced enough to grow and manage multiple hospitality accounts, but with the energy and lifestyle fit to be in the venues capturing content when they come alive.
- Someone who picks up their phone and films it. Not someone who waits to be asked.
