Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Cashier & Receptionist for a gents salon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and experience in handling daily salon reception and cashier responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage appointments and customer bookings.
• Handle cash, card payments, and daily sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer relationship management.
• Coordinate with salon staff and assist with employee scheduling and management.
• Answer phone calls, inquiries, and messages professionally.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist, cashier, or customer service representative is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• English language proficiency is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
• Experience in cash handling and maintaining financial records.
• Ability to manage staff coordination and support employee management activities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, Front Desk Executive, or in Customer Service.

Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.

Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.

Experience in cash handling, billing, and maintaining daily transaction records.

Ability to manage appointments and coordinate with salon staff.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.

Experience in the salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality industry is preferred.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
