Supply Chain and Operations Manager

Job Description

Manage order processing and sales invoice posting in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all regions.

Apply correct Italian tax codes and VAT treatment (intra-EU vs. extra-EU) when posting Italian transactions, in coordination with Finance.

Coordinate daily operations with third-party warehouses in Italy and the USA, including inbound/outbound shipments, stock transfers, and SLA compliance.

Liaise with Italian and US-based 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and customs/compliance teams on import documentation, Incoterms, and duty/VAT treatment. Monitor order-to-delivery cycle times and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain.

Partner with Finance to reconcile inventory, sales invoices, and 3PL billing within Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, or a related field, with 5–8 years of supply chain/operations management experience, including exposure to Italian and US markets.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in order management, sales invoicing, and inventory control.
• Proven experience managing international 3PL/warehouse operations, including customs documentation, Incoterms, VAT/tax compliance, and import/export processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across finance, sales, and logistics functions, along with familiarity with AI/automation tools for operational improvement.
