We're building something new — and we're looking for the right person to build it with us.
This is a new beauty venture launching across the Middle East. We're not sharing the full company details at this stage, but we can tell you this: it's backed by a serious team, it's moving fast, and it needs someone who genuinely knows how beauty supply chains work in this region — not someone who's learning on the job.
- If you've worked inside a start-up beauty brand and you know what it takes to get a product registered, shipped, and on shelf in the GCC — we want to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL OWNRegulatory & Compliance→ Handle product registration and brand licensing across GCC markets→ Own all compliance documentation, technical files, and certifications→ Stay ahead of regulatory changes and keep the business on the right side of every market→ Be the go-to person when it comes to what's required, where, and by when
- Production & Supply Chain→ Place and manage production orders from planning through to delivery→ Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelines directly with suppliers→ Keep quality control tight and delivery schedules on track→ Build supplier relationships that actually hold up under pressure
- Logistics→ Coordinate end-to-end shipping across suppliers and logistics partners→ Solve problems before they become delays — and sort them out fast when they do→ Make sure products land where they need to be, when they need to be there
- Always Improving→ Keep an eye on what's new — ingredients, packaging formats, manufacturing methods→ Bring in innovations that improve quality, cut costs, or speed things up→ Help build processes that will scale as the business grows
- WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou don't need a long list of qualifications.
- You need the right experience.→ You've worked in beauty supply chain — ideally inside a start-up or a brand that was building rather than coasting→ You know GCC regulatory requirements inside out and have handled product registrations across Kuwait, UAE, KSA, or Egypt→ You're comfortable talking to suppliers, negotiating hard, and following up until things are done→ You understand beauty logistics in the Middle East — the quirks, the timelines, the paperwork→ You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and fill it.→ Experience with Sahel or regional trade platforms is a plus
- WHAT TO EXPECTThis is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment.
- You won't be managing a team of ten or sitting in back-to-back strategy sessions.
- You'll be doing the work — negotiating, registering, coordinating, problem-solving — and seeing the results of that work quickly.
- If that sounds like your kind of role, it probably is.
