James L Williams Middle East (JLW) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Timekeeper to support our project teams by ensuring the accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of workforce attendance and timekeeping activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly manpower attendance reports.
- Monitor employee attendance, working hours, and workforce allocation records.
- Review and verify timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Process attendance data from biometric systems and maintain accurate master timesheets.
- Conduct attendance spot checks to verify workforce presence on site.
- Review subcontractor attendance records and identify discrepancies where required.
- Coordinate overtime documentation and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
- Support leave administration and maintain updated workforce records.
- Arrange workforce transportation and assist with site administration activities as required.
- Ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll-related records to support smooth project operations.
Requirements
- High School Certificate or equivalent.3–4 years of experience in a similar Timekeeping or Site Administration role.
- Experience working in construction, engineering, MEP or Data Centre project environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
